Enterprise blockchain company Ripple has executed major transactions in the cryptocurrency market. Whale Alert reports that Ripple distributed 50 million XRP tokens, followed by locking 670 million XRP in escrow - a standard monthly procedure.

In additional movements, 170 million XRP tokens were transferred from an unknown wallet to Ripple, while another 330 million tokens changed hands, according to Whale Alert's tracking.

These transactions align with XRP's 13th anniversary. On June 2, 2012, Ripple co-founder Arthur Britto submitted the code that created the original 100 billion XRP supply.
