Bitcoin ETFs Record Nearly $1 Billion Worth of Inflows
Bullish Momentum for Bitcoin ETFs as Inflows Surge to $934 Million
The cryptocurrency market experienced a significant surge in investor activity on Thursday, with Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) attracting an impressive $934 million in inflows. This wave of investment coincided with Bitcoin reaching a new all-time high of $111,814, as reported by CoinGecko.
BlackRock's IBIT ETF Leads the Charge
BlackRock's IBIT ETF dominated the inflows, capturing nearly all of the day's investments with an extraordinary $877 million. This marks one of the fund's largest single-day inflows since its debut in early 2024.
In just under a month, the IBIT ETF has accumulated $900 million in total inflows, cementing its status as a preferred vehicle for both institutional and retail investors looking to gain exposure to Bitcoin.
Fidelity's FBTC Also Gains Traction
While BlackRock's offering took center stage, Fidelity's FBTC ETF also saw notable inflows of $49 million, securing second place for the day's net investments.
This substantial influx of capital into Bitcoin ETFs highlights the increasing mainstream acceptance of cryptocurrencies as investors recognize their long-term growth potential.
